Payment
50% is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation
Cancel 14+ days before arrival for a full refund of payments made. Cancel 7–13 days before arrival for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
Security Deposit
A $500 CAD security deposit is pre-authorized on the guest’s credit card at check-in and released 3 days after departure, provided there are no damage-related charges.
